Q: Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
A: Yes! Our pre-press team will send you a final proof for your review. If changes are required, you can request them. Once your proof is approved, it is added to our production schedule.
Q: Do you check to make sure my artwork is aligned and will not print blurry or pixelated?
A: Our pre-press team will use its judgment to align and center your artwork for you, as well as make note of any printing quality concerns such as blurry or low quality images.
Q: Do I need to pay for sample?
A: It’s free for stock sample. If it’s customized, sample fee has to be charged. For both cases, express fee has to be charged.
Q: What is your lead time for sampling and producing?
A: Lead time for sampling is about 3-7 days. Lead time for production is about 15-35 days upon receipt of deposit and confirmation of sample.

A: 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

Q: What is four-color printing?
A: General packaging box four-color printing refers to the use of yellow, magenta, cyan and black ink to copy color manuscript color process.
Q: Why’s the color of the printing different from the computer?
A: Because the color value of each monitor is different. Especially LCDS, for example, on one stage the color is double hundred red, and on the other one looks like ten more black. In fact, the printing is the same.
